Rental Application
GREAT SPACE 4 U offers home and office spaces for rent. If you are interested in renting one of our properties, you have two ways to submit your application information.

1) You can download, print, and complete the application information and send it.

2) If you prefer to fill out the application online.... follow these steps:
-Click the 'sign here' box and sign in two spots.
-Download the application with your completed signatures in the two spots.
-Fill out all personal information on the downloaded form.
*Save and Email OR Print and submit.

A completed application is required for each adult applicant. In addition to the completed application and addendum below, we will need a copy of your current driver’s license, your most recent paystub, and a *non-refundable $30 processing fee (for each applicant) in order to start processing.
